| If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us at owner@storeplay.net within 3 days of receiving the item(s) to obtain return authorization. If item is deemed returnable a return authorization will be issued. All returns must arrive to storeplay.net within 7 days of obtaining the return authorization for the item(s). Item(s) must arrive in the same condition as originally sent to the customer, and USPS delivery confirmation is required for the assurance of the completed shipment.
Unless, on an individual basis, changes to this policy have been agreed to by the owner of storeplay.net, there is a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10.00, maximum $50.00) per item for all returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Insurance is strongly suggested as returns will not be allowed for items damaged during shipping if insurance was not purchased.
Exceptions to the return policy include vintage toys and NASCAR items. Those items are non-returnable, although an exception may be made on an individual basis by emailing owner@storeplay.net with your concern.
